What does the program look like?


The Linfox Driver Academy VIC, based out of Dandenong South, is seeking enthusiastic and safety-focused individuals to join our team.
Explore a valuable opportunity through our on-the-job training program, aimed at upskilling you to a Heavy Rigid truck (HR) licence. Whether you're looking to obtain your HR truck licence or already hold one but need experience, we provide specialised training opportunities designed to help you build your skills and confidence.

Emphasising a healthy work-life balance, this casual opportunity offers flexible shift times starting between 5:00 AM and 10 AM, across Monday to Sunday. This program opens doors to exciting career opportunities across our network. A structured driver training program that supports you with your Heavy Rigid (HR) license. The program is tailored to Linfox.
Our supportive training scheme includes a buddy program, where you’re paired with an experienced driver to show you the ropes and give you confidence on the road.
We provide exceptional safety training to keep you and the community safe on the road.
