• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with a friendly demeanor.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine calling MBA in any field.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
• Resilience and motivation, with the ability to handle rejection.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
