About the Role
This is a key leadership position in our department, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our health services. As a Senior Registrar, you will play a critical role in supporting the Principal Registrar to deliver our operational and strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will have strong people leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholder engagement and behaviour to ensure outcomes are achieved. They will also be able to implement change management initiatives and demonstrate a commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of registry staff by providing leadership, supervision, coaching, identifying suitable training needs and supporting development opportunities.
Demonstrate a level of authority and autonomy to resolve operational issues by developing and implementing new precedents and principles.
Assist the Principal Registrar in the strategic planning and management of our state-wide hearing program to fulfil our statutory functions.
