Responsibilities

As an Administrator in Training, your key areas of focus will include:
Financial operations: reading and interpreting financial records and reports, making independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Human resources: knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility.
Clinical operations: implementing and interpreting programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
Quality patient care: ensuring facility is compliant with all Federal, State, local, and JCAHO requirements as well as serving as the facility's Compliance Liaison.


You will also be responsible for ensuring facility cleanliness and safety, effectively supervising teams, and demonstrating excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
