Location: Radius Connect (Radius Care Bureau Services) - Otago Region

Hours of work: Casual, as and when required

Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for casual HCAs

Pay rate: Subject to completed recognized caregiving qualifications

About the role:

Provide exceptional care to our client's residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Work closely with a team to implement our individual care plans. Full training provided.

Duties include:

Undertaking personal cares, while encouraging residents to make decisions that promote independence
Promptly completing delegated tasks in a timely manner
Responding quickly to resident requests, providing them with useful, relevant information
Maintaining and updating resident healthcare records
Assisting with handover of residents at shift changes
