We are seeking a Sales Vertical Head to drive growth, scale our operations, and lead strategic market expansion in our Extended Warranty vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership Strategy: Lead a high-performing sales team, define strategy, and achieve business growth targets.
• Business Development: Build partnerships with key B2B stakeholders, OEMs, and retailers to expand market reach.
• Sales Operations: Monitor performance, track forecasts, and ensure sales goals are consistently met.
• Customer Focus: Align product offerings with customer needs and market trends.
• Team Management: Foster a motivated, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
• Market Insight: Monitor competitors (e.g. OneAssist, Zopper, OnsiteGo) and identify opportunities to stay ahead.
• PL Ownership: Drive profitability by managing operational costs and achieving revenue objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 10 years in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in extended warranty, insurance, or financial services associated with the extended warranty business.
• Success Metrics: Proven success in B2B/B2C sales strategy, leadership, and revenue generation.
• Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, market analysis, stakeholder negotiation, and operational excellence.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
