About Profile

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing sales teams, expanding B2B and B2C channels, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy and expanding our market

presence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

● Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

● Forecast revenue targets and ensure the achievement of business goals.

● Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.

● Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the sales force.

● Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

● Foster strong relationships with key B2B clients, corporate accounts, and partners.

● Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies.

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

● Identify and develop new business channels, including online platforms and strategic alliances.

● Drive expansion into new markets and territories.

● Collaborate with marketing for promotional and lead generation campaigns.

● Track and report on sales performance metrics and ROI.

● Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and plans.

● Present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required skills:

 Strong understanding of the car rental or automotive industry.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations.

 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
