Job Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of campus recruitment, including university partnerships, internship programs, and graduate hiring initiatives.
• Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the talent acquisition function, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and inclusive hiring practices.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Take ownership of leadership hiring processes, including executive search, succession planning, and talent pipelining for key roles.
• Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Drive digitization efforts within the talent acquisition function, leveraging technology and analytics to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and other HR functions, such as talent management, learning and development, and employee relations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Industry exposure: Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing
• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in leadership hiring and team management.
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and experience implementing DI initiatives within talent acquisition.
• Experience with employer branding strategies and campaigns, including social media and digital marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in TA digitization tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing software, and data analytics tools
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing talent and driving team performance.
• Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex talent acquisition challenges.
