Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Sales Marketing division within the PEB sector. This role requires a blend of traditional sales acumen and advanced digital marketing expertise to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and lead digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the PEB industry, aligning with organizational goals.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing field sales team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Digital Integration: Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising, to enhance online presence and lead generation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Brand Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of branding strategies, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Territory Management:
Assign territories to sales representatives, ensuring optimal coverage and alignment with market potential.
• Sales Performance Monitoring:
Regularly assess sales activities and outcomes, providing coaching and feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Market Intelligence Gathering:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the PEB industry.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of the PEB market dynamics, customer segments, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
