Key Points:

Look for a candidate from a mid-size organisation of 300-500 / 500-1000 employee strength.

Good at nurturing leads and building leads too. Someone who has experience of end-to-end sales.

Experience of Service sales only. Product sales are not considerable.

Would prefer MBA graduate along with B Tech.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

Responsibilities

1. 6+ years of experience in driving net new revenue in IT Service sales

2. Account management that includes lead generation, price negotiation and client relationship management

3. Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets by prospecting, qualification, account mapping

4. Developing new accounts and strengthening relationship with existing clients

5. Focus on prospecting, developing business, generating RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's, presenting proposals to customers

6. Research, data mining e-mail marketing cold calling in Asia Pacific / US region for onshore offshore business alliance
