Role Dimensions Responsibilities
The Head TA is responsible for developing and executing all hiring needs within the required TATs. The sourcing is focused on high volume contact sales resources while not losing focus on B2B, Marketing Operations and Corporate functions. This aligns with the company's high growth objective. This role will continuously improve best practices, systems and tools in a cost effective scalable and data driven manner. All hiring plans need to clearly attract and retain talent while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Presentation and Communication Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-HR stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing presentations.
• Track Market conditions.
Key skills expertise
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the business need.
• Manage the recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent pipeline. This position will be required to not only plan, however also recruit and close positions.
• Enhance employer branding Collaborate with business to understand the workforce need and develop the plan accordingly.
• Use data driven insights from candidates to help track market trends.
