We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Sports Footwear Designer to join our team at Unison International Consulting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and high-quality sports footwear products that meet the needs of athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts and prototypes for new sports footwear products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform design decisions
• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage and mentor junior designers

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sports footwear design
• Proven track record of designing award-winning products
• Strong understanding of fashion and athletic trends
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
