The Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all HR operations and developing HR strategies that align with the company's goals. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Head plays a strategic and hands-on role to foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational growth.
