Key Responsibilities Resource Mobilization:
· Donor Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with all donors, ensuring alignment with our
mission and sustained support.
· Partnership Expansion: Identify and secure 5 new funding partners annually, focusing on corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
· Retail Fundraising: Develop strategies to achieve 10% of total fundraising through retail channels within 12 months, scaling to 25% by the third year.
· International Outreach: Establish fundraising chapters in the United States to broaden our donor base and global presence.
· Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4 resource mobilization professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
· Strategic Communication: Craft narratives that position partners as integral contributors to our mission, enhancing their engagement and commitment.
· Volunteer Programs: Design and implement volunteer initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance partner involvement.
· Awards and Grants: Pursue and manage large global grants and awards to support and recognize the foundation's initiatives.
