• Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintaining high standards of transactional quality and process excellence
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure targets are met
• Identifying and implementing best practices in BPO operations

• At least 10 years of experience in BPO operations and quality management
• Significant experience within demand generation, particularly using the email channel
• Relevant qualification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
• Ability to relocate to a major Indian city
