You'll lead a talented brigade, work with top-quality ingredients, and collaborate with an esteemed Culinary Director to uphold and elevate the restaurant's reputation.

Position Description
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest culinary standards.
Lead, train, and mentor a passionate team of chefs.
Collaborate with the Culinary Director on menu execution and innovation.
Maintain strict food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Manage supplier relationships and oversee stock control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Control costs, drive efficiency, and uphold profitability targets.
Position Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Passion for excellence in food, service, and presentation.
Experience managing food costs, stock, and supplier relationships.
Understanding of compliance, food safety, and kitchen operations with relevant qualifications required.
A hands-on, 'cooperative approach to running a successful kitchen including working a flexible 7-day roster.
