Head Chef
As the Head Chef, your responsibility will entail a streamlined and efficient running of the entire Restaurant and Catering Kitchen division. You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu development, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
• Menu Development: Create innovative and appealing menus that align with current trends and cater to diverse guest preferences across different cuisines.
• Kitchen Management: Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Cost Management: Control food costs through effective inventory management, portion control, and minimizing wastage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the FB team to coordinate menus for events, special occasions, and promotions.
• Requirements:*
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable establishment.
2. Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
4. Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
5. Knowledge of local and international culinary trends.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
