In this role, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, maintaining health and safety standards, and preparing high-quality dishes as per menu requirements. You will also be involved in Menu Planning, creating weekly specials, and collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure culinary standards meet company expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the kitchen team and delegating tasks
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Developing new menu ideas and recipes
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment
We value candidates with relevant qualifications (minimum Certificate III) and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
