In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
Manage phone systems to respond to guest inquiries and reservations efficiently.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in managing front desk operations, including balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with Property Management Systems an asset (Opera Cloud, Visual Matrix, etc.)
