We’re on the lookout for a friendly, experienced and well-presented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lindenderry Red Hill by Lancemore. Set in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula wine country, this is a rare opportunity to work at one of Victoria’s most stunning regional properties.

Whether you’re helping guests with their luggage, checking them in with warmth and ease, or serving poolside drinks on a summer afternoon, you’ll be creating memorable experiences every day. You'll thrive in our team if you're proactive, take pride in your presentation and love connecting with people.

About the Role
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, using their names wherever possible

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately

Assist with reservations and provide information on packages, availability, and local attractions

Answer calls and emails in a friendly, helpful and timely manner

Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area

Assist with poolside service, including tidying lounges and serving drinks as needed

Handle guest payments and cash floats with accuracy

Communicate guest requests and issues to relevant departments promptly

Support a seamless handover across shifts to ensure continuity of service

About You
Passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest service

Professional, reliable and a great communicator

Front Office or reservations experience in hotels is an advantage

Comfortable working a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Energetic and flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude
