Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Guest Relations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest relations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. This includes managing guest complaints, ensuring swift and efficient resolution to issues, supporting front office operations, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. They will coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experience and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
Qualifications
• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Reservations and Front Office operations
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is preferred
