Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression for the hotel.
Be the main point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Train and manage a team of guest relations staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
Handle guest complaints and feedback, addressing any issues and implementing solutions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Develop and maintain relationships with repeat guests, building loyalty and promoting the hotel's brand.
Monitor and track guest satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices, making recommendations to enhance the hotel's guest relations strategies.
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
