Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Front Office Management:
Assist in check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain reservation systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate with the housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest preferences.
Event Support:
Organize and manage guest events, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with event planners and ensure guest satisfaction during special events.
Service Standards:
Uphold the hotel’s quality and service standards.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve guest satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between guests and internal departments.
Train staff in guest service etiquette and problem resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in hotel management or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations is preferred.
Work Environment:

Typically based in a hotel, resort, or hospitality venue.
Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.
