Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Guest Relation Executive. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns guests may have. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, providing information about the facilities, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and handling any inquiries or complaints in a professional manner. The role also involves performing receptionist duties and supporting sales activities by promoting various services and amenities offered by Surpura Bagh.
Qualifications
• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Receptionist Duties and Administrative skills
• Experience in Sales and Upselling services
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
• Proficiency in using various office and hotel management software
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
