Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
• Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
• Foster strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
