From staycations to film photoshoot locations, event venue rentals, and corporate retreats — we manage it all, end-to-end. Think Airbnb meets boutique hospitality meets creative location services.

About the Role – Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a smart, strategic Growth Marketer to drive performance, amplify brand visibility, and build marketing funnels that convert.

You will lead initiatives across digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, brand strategy, and outreach — with a laser focus on growth.

What You'll Own - Growth Performance Campaigns

Plan and run high-ROI campaigns across Meta, Google, influencer collabs, and content creators.
Experiment with creatives and landing pages that drive bookings, inquiries, and leads.
Launch lead magnets and growth loops across verticals (stays, events, shoots).
Analyze and iterate based on CTRs, CAC, conversion %, and retention.
CRM Loyalty

Build lifecycle marketing funnels via email, WhatsApp, and SMS automation.
Launch rewards/referral campaigns and seasonal flash sales.
Own repeat booking % as a core growth metric.
B2B Outreach Partnerships

Design and execute targeted outreach to production houses, event companies, travel agents, and D2C brands.
Collaborate with the founder to create growth playbooks and cold campaigns.
Create high-conversion pitch decks and outreach creatives.
Property Growth Expansion

Scout high-potential villas, farmhouses, and boutique stays for onboarding.
Work with the Business Development team to build launch strategies for new properties.
Contribute to owner acquisition funnels and consulting services.
Social Brand Voice

Work with our creative team to align campaigns with our Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn strategy.
Launch mini-campaigns with influencers, creators, or niche communities.
Reporting Experimentation

Build dashboards and growth reports for leadership.
Regularly test and optimize campaigns for channel effectiveness and audience targeting.
Who You Are

2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, or digital campaign management.
A strong grip on running Meta/Google ads, building CRM journeys, and using marketing tools like Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business API, etc.
Bonus: Experience in hospitality, proptech, D2C, or marketplace startups.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, lean team.
You think in experiments, not guesswork — and love tying results back to growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
