Your Roles and Responsibilities
As a Group Process Leader, you will:

Be a safety champion – Lead safety assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Optimize innovate processes – Use Lean Six Sigma to drive yield improvement, process development, and operational efficiency.
Lead impactful projects – Oversee product development, machinery upgrades, commissioning, and continuous process refinement.
Provide customer technical support – Ensure seamless new product introductions and troubleshoot performance issues.
Enhance product quality compliance – Ensure food safety, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and hygiene procedures are upheld to the highest standards.
Facilitate problem-solving activities – Lead Kaizen events, structured problem-solving, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
Drive structured troubleshooting – Identify problems and implement robust preventative actions using Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root cause analysis (RCA), and other methodologies.
Develop and mentor teams – Engage employees and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
In line with business objectives, perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence. You should have:

An engineering, technical, or chemical/plastics degree – Strong technical expertise is essential.
Six Sigma or similar process improvement training – Lean, SPC, FMEA, and RCA experience preferred.
Proven leadership project management skills – Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong problem-solving abilities – Experience in identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements.
Exceptional communication stakeholder management – Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
People management expertise – Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive change.
