Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Grievance Officer - Refund - BPO, located in Delhi. The Grievance Officer will be responsible for managing and processing refund requests, addressing customer grievances, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role involves daily interaction with customers, maintaining accurate records of complaints, coordinating with various departments to address issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient handling of grievances.

Qualifications
• Customer Service and Complaint Resolution skills
• Experience in handling refund processes and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management systems
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
