Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Marketing Creatives: Design high-converting ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Branding Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve the brand’s design system across digital and offline assets.
• Email CRM Design: Create visually compelling email templates, banners designs.
• Web App Banners: Develop banners for websites, mobile apps, and affiliate marketing channels.
• Sales Collaterals: Design brochures, one-pagers, and presentations for banking and fintech products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product to align design with business goals.
Must-Have Skills Experience:
• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing, branding, and performance-driven design.
• Strong understanding of D2C, retail, or fintech marketing and customer behavior.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and tools like Figma, Canva.
• Portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives, branding work, and sales collateral.
• Experience designing for multi-channel marketing (ads, emails, social, landing pages, print collateral).
• Knowledge of best practices in digital marketing design, including A/B testing and optimization.
Bonus Skills:
• Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience.
• UI/UX experience for landing pages and digital touchpoints.
• Familiarity with fintech, banking, or BFSI product design.
