Graphic designer
Daily Content Creation:
Design 4-5 social media posts daily (static + carousel format).
Develop 1-2 engaging reels daily using stock/video footage, motion graphics, and Al-enhanced editing.
Social Media Marketing Design:
Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, stories, etc.
Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines.
Al/Smart Design Tools:
Use Canva and Al tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Runway, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up creative workflows.
Video Editing:
Edit and create reels using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Canva video.
Campaign Support:
Collaborate with content, performance, and other teams to develop ad creatives and ad-hoc tasks.
Support event and offline design (flyers,posters, branding, etc.) when needed for all the teams.
Ownership Delivery:
Own tasks end-to-end from brief to execution and delivery.
Manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.
Capture photos and shoot short
videos when required to support content creation needs.
Requirements:
3-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proven ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced creative output.
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Proficiency in Canva is mandatory.
Familiarity with Al-based design tools or willingness to adapt quickly.
Excellent aesthetic sense, layout skills, and attention to detail.
Good communication (English, Hindi/Kannada) and team collaboration skills.
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands.
Knowledge of tools like Figma, CapCut, or Lottie.
Basic animation or 2D motion design skills
