Graphic Designer
Looking for a Graphic Designer Team Lead, who can plan, manage the graphics and multimedia along with the health of the Brand at all social channels, marketplaces and self-commerce.
JOB BRIEF:
Handling Catalog creation for all ecommerce portals like Amazon and Self - website (shopify) and graphics for marketing.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating virtual and online merchandising graphical catalog to attract the consumer
Planning Creating Posts/videos for Marketing Calendar
Creating graphics for marketing, UI for website
Creating high conversion campaigns strategy along with HOD for the brand
Leading creative shoots and white background product shoots with multimedia team
Designing infographics, newsletters, and presentations as per the company brand language
Helping the team members at every level in the department with any other design-related tasks. Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Proofreading creative copy
Monitoring performance and managing campaigns on social media.
Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the physical online store.
ADD ON RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensuring the strategy is in line with the stores brand, products, and target market.
2. Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the stores visual design requirements.
3. Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for shoots
4. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple channels via catalog and brand language
5. Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual and online merchandising strategy.
REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:
1. Strong working knowledge of graphics
2. Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools.
3. Experience in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design or a related field.
4. Proven work experience as a graphic designer for e-commerce industry
5. Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
7. Ability to analyze merchandising reports and survey results.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership
ELIGIBILITY (Must Read)
1. 1-3 years of experience working as Graphic Designer.
2. No Specific Degree or Diploma, just relevant work/experience.
3. Present a few case studies to support the eligibility for the role.
