We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to create eye catching graphics from concept through to completion delivering brand compliant, highly impactful creative artwork.
As an integral member of the Milwaukee New Zealand Marketing team, you will design engaging graphics for digital and print media including social media, flyers, banners, brochures and posters.
The successful applicant with be a team player, collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, committed to ensuring that all work is completed in full and on time and have a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high quality work.
What your day to day will look like:
Working with senior stakeholder to deliver best in class concepts and designs to meet briefs, user needs and stakeholder expectations.
Visualise and execute deliverables for omni channel campaigns.
Work across the full project lifecycle from concept through to final delivery, providing digital and print solutions and support throughout
Creation of concept drawings, storyboards or other low-res prototypes or mock-ups to communicate concepts.
Proofread all work to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Drive efficiencies by developing core templates for the team's adoption that builds on our Design principles.
Be the brand champion ensuring 100% compliance with brand guidelines across all brand touch points.
What you will bring to the role:
2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills across both print and digital mediums.
Great time management skills with the ability to manage and design numerous projects simultaneously, work under pressure and stay within the constraints of cost and time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
Up to date with current trends in branding, design, digital, social and print.
Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.
