Key Responsibilities:
Provide level 1 2 technical support to end-users, including senior management, attorneys, and support staff.
Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
One year or more experience in Adobe Connect or related online meeting center setup.
ITIL Foundations certification is highly desirable.
Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above is required.
