As our client base expands, we’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer to help us optimize, scale, and systematize our ad campaigns. If you thrive on performance marketing, automation, and continuous improvement , this role is for you!
About the Role
As a Google Ads Media Buyer , you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management ,
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup – Plan, create, and launch high-performing Google Ads campaigns tailored for lead generation and local businesses.
Ad Copywriting – Craft compelling, high-converting ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Market Research – Conduct competitive analysis, audience research, and keyword discovery to refine targeting strategies.
Landing Page CRO – Collaborate on landing page design, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to maximize conversions.
Tracking Attribution – Implement Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking for accurate performance measurement.
Optimization Scaling – Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and overall efficiency .
Strategizing Growth – Develop scalable ad systems and SOPs to drive long-term success across multiple industries.
Monitoring Reporting – Track campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for scaling.
Multi-Account Management – Efficiently handle multiple clients and campaigns , ensuring each meets or exceeds KPIs.
What I'm Looking For
Specifically Google Ads Expertise if you are not well versed with Google, then we will not be a good fit.
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably with budgets exceeding $5K/month.
Proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing campaigns to hit (or exceed) KPI goals.
Agency experience – Ability to juggle multiple clients while maintaining high performance.
Expertise in YouTube Display Ads is a Plus – Experience running and optimizing video and visual-based campaigns .
Tracking Ability – Familiarity with tracking setup via GTM.
Excellent communication skills – Ability to clearly articulate strategy, results, and recommendations to clients and team members.
