Requirements for Emergency Medicine Physicians
• MBBS with MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine / Critical Care / General Medicine / Anaesthesia
• Valid medical license and registration (MCI or state medical council)
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and make quick, informed decisions
• Strong clinical knowledge, especially in trauma, cardiac life support (ACLS/BLS), and toxicology

Project Manager: Global Health Initiatives
The role of Project Manager involves leading complex projects to improve on-time delivery reliability. This entails utilizing resources effectively and developing standardized project management tools.

Main Responsibilities:
• Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of assigned projects.
• Plan and execute end-to-end projects in both brownfield and greenfield environments.
• Develop and manage the full-scale project network, including planning, scheduling, and timelines.
• Foster collaboration among stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Risk Management and Continuous Improvement:

The successful candidate will assess, manage, and mitigate project risks as part of the total network. Additionally, they will drive continuous improvement by assessing program impact, collecting insights, and applying learnings to future initiatives.

Skill Requirements:
• Significant years of project management experience in industries like supply chain, manufacturing, consulting, technical, finance, or business operations.
• Proven experience in managing and developing projects within timelines and delivering on success metrics.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and advanced communication skills.
