Role Overview:

The Campaign Planner will provide support for focus vertical and/or horizontal global initiative planning efforts including quarterly input/output review, campaign prioritization support, resource allocation tracking, ongoing, consistent communication with agency partners, marketing teams and squads as needed. This role will have a close partnership with category marketing leads, project managers and Global Planning leads, focusing on key objectives, campaign prioritization planning. Success in the role will require effective resource planning efforts grounded in data, clear and strategic thinking when reviewing campaign prioritization, passion for strong customer experience flows, ability to collaborate well with multiple team members across the organization, being results-oriented to help drive enhanced customer experience and being able to adapt to a quickly changing environment.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee campaign intake and planning workflow from campaign submission to production of assets

Prioritize campaign intake requests against quarterly plans, annual goals and strategic objectives

Lead resource allocation workflow and manage ongoing changes updates as needed

Monitor creative team agency workload and overall bandwidth, working with team leads on high-priority projects

Facilitate collaboration and process on-boarding between marketing teams, enablement teams, creative teams and agency stakeholders

Partner with vertical and marketing squads on quarterly campaign roadmaps and initial resourcing reviews, supporting key initiatives

Identify and scale pain points and areas of efficiency, recommending process adjustments as needed

Work closely with marketing operations partners to connect teams and projects to ensure a complete and holistic view of the work

Additional marketing and creative operations tasks as requested

Education Experience:

University degree

2-4 years of marketing and or operations experience, specifically in website/customer experience marketing

Required Skills:

Proven project-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize

Top-notch interpersonal skills with a team-player attitude

Strong attention to detail with the sense of responsibility for the flawless execution of assigned task

Analytical proficiency with the ability to leverage data driven insights
