Job Description
Main Task and Responsibilities
• Handling request and tickets for HR Operations related queries from employees and managers for the countries to which RSC HR team is providing services.
• General Employee Life Cycle support for the countries transitioned or with no local HR department
• Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation other job change transactions.
• Keep the Documents SoPs updated as per the new changes in the processes
• Ensure all daily deliverables are done as per agreed timelines
• Ensure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA.
• Participate in weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries and Global HR Ops Team.
• French Language Expert
Functional Competencies
• Knowledge and experience of working in multinational company
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, Ideally Workday
• Strong experience of working in HR Shared Service center environments
Behavioral Competencies
• Experience of working in a global matrixed organization,
• Experience working in a fast-changing environment
• Able to take initiative, and act with confidence
