General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for hiring, training and managing ground teams at the Cluster Level and leading by example. ○ Acquisition Team ○ Client Services Team ○ Property Operations and Maintenance Team ○ FB Team ○ Sales Team
● Responsible for managing PL at the Cluster Level.
● Develop and implement strategies to get new properties on board.
● Managing operations and setting up KPIs for the team in collaboration with the leadership team.
● Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for business.
● Understanding local policies and maintaining positive community relationships.
● Monitor whether the results of the various teams are on schedule and after each sprint present the results to the management team.
● Evaluate operations of the properties to ensure adherence to Stay Vista standards and policies.
● Oversee operations flow and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth in business.
● Leverage other departments' expertise to drive standardization and an exceptional customer experience.
● Define and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth in business.
● Work flexible hours as the business demands to achieve defined goals.
