Hydraulink Australia is a nationally recognised provider of hydraulic hose and fittings servicing key sectors including mining, construction, transport, agriculture, and forestry. As part of our ongoing growth strategy, we are seeking a highly capable and commercially driven General Manager to lead our Western Australian operations.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Australian General Manager, this role holds full accountability for the strategic, financial, and operational performance of Hydraulink’s Western Australian business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive with a proven track record in managing mining contracts and national service agreements, while overseeing FIFO operations, a 24/7 breakdown service team, warehouse logistics (pick/pack), and a network of distributors and franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all Western Australian operations
Maintain full PL accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure effective execution and compliance of mining and industrial service contracts
Drive the delivery of strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and high performance

Industrial products background with mining services or contracting exposure essential
Proven business development skills — you thrive on customer interaction
A natural leader who builds customer-focused, high-performing teams
Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Willingness to travel across WA and occasionally interstate
