Key Responsibilities:
o Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Identify
new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients.
o Monitors Market trends, competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
o Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
o Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
o Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
o Implement and optimize operational processes and procedures.
o Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
o Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of
products/services.
o Manage inventory levels and control operational costs.
o Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and operations team.
o Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
o Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
o Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
o Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
customers.
o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
o Financial Management - Develop and manage budgets for the sales and operations
department.
o Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial goals.
o Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
o Strategic Planning - Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy.
o Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances.
o Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
o Technology and innovation – Staying current and advanced on technology and digitalization.
o Market Analysis: Stay informed on global economic trends, market and conditions and
investment opportunities

o 12 plus years of experience in sales and operations management within the GCC region.

o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o In-depth knowledge of the GCC market and business environment.
o Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/operations tools.
o High ethical standards and integrity.
