Full Time SEN Teacher
Egham Park is a small independent alternative provision catering for 11-16 year old's.
We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic committed Practitioner to lead and support a small group of pupils working towards EHCP outcomes at our brand new site in Egham! We have supported 10 pupils for the last 3 years and now have expanded with a new larger, spacious site and will cater for up to 30 pupils with SEMH needs. This is a brand new site and is fully equipped with brand new resources including an amazing large recreation room.
The teacher will be responsible for:
Teaching/supporting individual curriculums
Taking responsibility for pupils progress
Maintaining high, but flexible expectations of behaviour
Planning individual lessons and creative schemes of work
Ongoing assessment of pupils learning
Motivating, supporting and inspiring pupils
Provide termly reports
Continuously reassess and adapt to meet individuals needs
Develop good relationships with pupils, parents/carers, professional and colleagues
