Front Office Duties and Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests, clients, or customers in a warm and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information, and taking messages when necessary.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and reservations, coordinating with team members and updating calendars accordingly.
• Handle the check-in process for guests, verifying identification, processing payments, and providing room keys or access cards.
• Assist with the check-out procedures, reviewing bills, processing payments, providing invoices, and addressing guest requests or concerns.
• Respond to inquiries from guests, clients, or customers, providing accurate and helpful information or redirecting them to the appropriate person or department.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, coordinating with courier services and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and document preparation.
• Handle emergencies and security issues, contacting emergency services when necessary and implementing evacuation procedures.

Eligibility: Graduates with a degree and eligible to speak English fluently with guests
