The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing office administration tasks, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
