Job description for a Receptionist cum Telecalling position: **Job Title**: Receptionist cum Telecaller **Job Overview**: We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Telecaller. This role involves managing front-desk duties, handling inbound calls, and performing telecalling tasks to assist in customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be a friendly, approachable professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Receptionist Duties**: - Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. - Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. - Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. - Maintain and update contact details in the system and ensure a tidy reception area. 2. **Telecalling Duties**: - Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers for sales, marketing, or surveys. - Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, providing information and resolving issues. - Follow up on leads, appointments, and service offerings. - Maintain records of calls, complaints, and customer feedback for future reference. - Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction. 3. **Administrative Support**: - Assist with other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. - Provide support to team members and help with ad hoc tasks when needed. **Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or customer service are a plus. - Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar customer service role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in using office equipment (phones, fax machines, printers) and basic software (MS Office). - Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. - Ability to handle calls and inquiries with patience and professionalism. **Work Environment**: - Office-based position with regular working hours. - Collaborative and supportive team environment.
