JOB DESCRIPTION RECEPTION:
· To maintain query register and receipt book daily.
· To maintain cash register properly.
· Maintain status of pending bills.
· Time to time call for admission confirmation.
· Maintain data entry.
· To update excel sheet of queries and mail.
· To update document file on time.
· Update and order stock.
· Print and maintain attendance of staff.
· To maintain entry on register as well as on excel sheet.
· To check stationary items on time.
· To update excel for memberships.
· To maintain healthy and clean environment.
