Front Desk Receptionist Data Entry

We're seeking a dynamic pro-active Front Office Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide administrative support while also acting as a HRM trainee. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in HR management and front office operations.

Location: Kanjur Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English Hindi

Experience: 0-2 Years

Qualifications:

BBA, BMS, or any Graduate with a Diploma or PG certificate or MBA in HRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate business meetings and appointments
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
Assist HR department with recruitment processes
Organize and maintain employee records
Support HR functions like onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee or external inquiries and provide administrative support to Office Manager.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Keen attention to detail
