Roles responsibilities.

Managing the reception area, ensuring the office is tidy and greeting visitors.

Answering the calls, taking messages and redirecting calls to the right people.

Keeping the office supplies stocked and up to date .

Maintaining files and records, creating, updating documents and spread sheets and organizing appointments.
