Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and assist with reservations.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and assist in managing room assignments.
Conduct night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
Assist in promoting hotel services and upselling additional offerings to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and phone etiquette is essential.
Experience with night audit processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
