Front Desk Agent
Front Desk agents at our company are responsible for greeting customers and clients in a professional, punctual manner, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate department. Front Desk Agents must be capable of multitasking and quickly responding to any security or safety concerns that arise. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment and is a great starting point for someone who is just entering the workforce.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to guests and employees for all front desk needs.
Respond to inquiries about services and amenities.
Arrange for maintenance and repairs.
Assist with rental transactions.
Administer guest complaints and concerns.
