Position: Fresher/ Customer Service Representative- Powai
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü Work on the various front offices client tools as required for the specific queues and provide customer service through calls.
ü Understand customer queries received through calls and act accordingly.
ü Maintain a healthy and clean work environment adhere to company policies and procedure.
ü Continuous up gradation of process knowledge as required

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
ü Excellent communication skills.
ü Comprehension - Ability to clearly understand the problem statement
ü Composition:

- Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate paragraph/essay/letter.
ü Voice Accent:

- Neutral Accent excellent Voice Skills

Good analytical drafting skills to respond back to the customer.
ü Strong customer service focus:

- - Ability to empathize with the customer - Prioritizing customer needs

Skills:

- ü Self-Discipline
ü Learning and decision making
ü Patience and action oriented

· Technical skills:

- ü Basic Working knowledge of Computer
ü Knowledge of desktop computer system

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

· Must have
ü Graduate / Undergraduate can apply (Not Eligible - MBA, BTech, BCA, Bsc IT CS, BE, MTech, MCA, CA ).
ü Comprehension skills to understand communicate with all customers effectively.
ü Telephone etiquettes.

· Good to have
Ø Worked in Airlines Industry/ (reservation ticketing)
Ø IATA certified/Trained on foundation/consultant course (Airlines business)
Ø Work on track trace ( for logistic business)

Ø Experience of 0-3 years desirable.
Ø Experience in international call center will be an advantage.
Ø Hospitality industry candidates from e.g. hotels, supply chain industry or any other service industry.

Ø Experience of Air travel would be desired.
Ø Knowledge of Western culture would be an added advantage. (USA/UK culture)

Ø Poor grammar and Windows Skills
Ø Issues with comprehending communicating effectively with the customer.

Important notes:
-5 days working and any 2 week offs.
-Should be flexible in 24
• 7 shifts.
-Should be within Transport Boundary.
-IATA certification or Experience in airline ticketing would be an added advantage.
